What You'll Bring (Experience)

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Engineering

• Strong expertise in C#, MVC, MSSQL, and 3rd-party API integrations (non-negotiable)

• Proficient in Visual Studio

• Experience with UI-related work such as website stubs and front-end components

• Knowledge of responsive design and Bootstrap

• Solid foundation in building eCommerce sites

• Works well both independently and as part of a team

• Strong execution skills; able to balance idealism with practical delivery

• Provides accurate development time estimates and meets deadlines

Software Development & Technical Delivery

• Develop high-quality business solutions using C#, MSSQL, MVC, and related technologies, with a primary focus on supporting marketing systems and digital initiatives

• Provide accurate development time estimates and deliver tasks within agreed timelines

• Proactively identify and implement efficient technical solutions to improve system performance and workflows

• Stay up to date with modern web development standards, tools, and technologies

• Apply scalable application design principles, including reliable authentication and authorization across systems

Marketing Systems & Data Integration

• Understand marketing-driven project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

• Integrate and synchronize data from multiple sources and platforms into unified solutions

• Identify platform limitations and implement practical technical workarounds when required

• Design and maintain database schemas aligned with business and marketing process requirements

Project Management, Quality & Collaboration

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects while ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery

• Support the team by promoting and following best development practices
