3–5 years of proven experience in IT project management, covering end-to-end process development and execution
Experience in a client-focused IT technical support role
Experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment (preferred)
Solid understanding of project management best practices, policies, procedures, and governance
Proficiency with project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and business applications support and development
Familiarity with a wide range of business systems
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and facilitate productive discussions with staff and stakeholders
Ability to clearly communicate goals, expectations, and successes to team/unit members
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build and deliver effective presentations
Demonstrated customer service excellence and customer advocacy, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships

Lead medium to large projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, while tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables using appropriate tools, and conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and recommendations

Stakeholder & Team Management

Ensure clear, timely communication with stakeholders and maintain strong alignment with IT Leads, Managers, and cross-functional teams
Manage project resources effectively by allocating work, resolving issues and conflicts, and coordinating with department managers to secure required personnel
Maintain focus on business outcomes and value realization throughout the project lifecycle
