As an IT Support Engineer, work with our MSP Partners:
Work with a supportive team solving tech issues for clients in the US, UK, and NZ. Learn, grow, and gain real-world experience in a fast-moving Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Ideal Technical Profile
2+ years of proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a comparable technical support role
2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 in a corporate or enterprise environment
2+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 (O365), including user management and troubleshooting
2+ years of solid Active Directory experience, covering password resets, user account creation, group and access management
Strong working knowledge of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls)
Demonstrated expertise in PC setup, hardware repairs, system migrations, and workstation support
Practical experience using IT ticketing systems in a fast-paced support environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
Your Key Responsibilities
Monitor alerts ticket queue, investigate and escalate where needed.
Triage tickets (phone and email), quick fix – they have automation, they have an SDC.
Monitor support ticket queue progress and escalate as required.
Design and maintain process documentation for the service desk.
Provide 1st Level of support for incident and/or service requests.
Act as the first point of contact to the customer created tickets.
License reconciliation with Finance Team.
Accurately completing timesheets.
