Location: Work in Eastwood (Night Shift!)
Ideal Technical Profile
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting production Linux environments
Strong knowledge of Linux system administration, including common commands such as top, ps, grep, and iostat
Solid understanding of networking concepts, particularly BGP and OSPF
CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge
Experience working in SD-WAN environments is an advantage
Familiarity with tools such as LogicMonitor, ServiceNow, and VMware VeloCloud Edge/Orchestrator
Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to join occasional after-hours monthly meetings
Self-motivated, focused, and able to work independently

Install, configure, and support network equipment such as routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP
Troubleshoot firewalls, routing, and switching issues to maintain network performance and security
Investigate and resolve network faults and connectivity issues
Update and maintain network devices with the latest firmware and security patches
Monitor and report network performance and status to key stakeholders
Act as second-level support for identifying and resolving production-related incidents
Use monitoring tools to ensure systems and applications are running efficiently and available
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to perform routine system, application, and hardware tasks
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal customers and stakeholders
