As an IT Support Engineer, work with our MSP Partners:
Work with a supportive team solving tech issues for clients in the AU, UK, NZ, and US. Learn, grow, and gain real-world experience in a fast-moving Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Ideal Technical Profile
Expertise in Active Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, and/or AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations
More than 3+ years of required experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role
Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Willing to work onsite every day in our Eastwood branch!

Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions
Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology, from workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, and software
Additional general administration tasks
Monitoring and Management of System Alerts
Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
