Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for professionals who combine solid technical expertise with a proactive mindset and a desire to grow.
You’ll fit right in if you have:
5+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role
3+ years of hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server Administration
2+ years of experience in key tech tools like RMM Tools, ITGlue, ticketing systems like AutoTask/ConnectWise, Virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware), Network and Backup Systems/ Storages
Experience in incident management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
Willingness to work onsite daily in Eastwood (Night Shift!)
