Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

• 5+ years’ experience in digital/multimedia design

• Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual storytelling

• Ability to simplify complex/technical content into clear visuals

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools

• Experience with eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond) is a plus

• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs or similar) is an advantage

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus

• Strong portfolio in digital design, training, or branded content

• Experience in training and education is a plus

Your Impact Starts Here

Digital Learning Support

• Design visuals, layouts, and simple animations for eLearning and microlearning modules

• Build online learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise (training provided if needed)

• Create explainer videos and animations using Vyond

• Use AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs) to support voiceovers and enhance learning content

• Work with instructional designers and SMEs to translate technical topics into engaging visuals

• Ensure consistent design, user experience, and branding across all learning materials

Graphic Design & Branding

• Create presentations, reports, templates, proposals, and internal documents

• Design pitch decks, capability statements, and branded consultant materials

• Develop icons, infographics, illustrations, and campaign visuals

• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

• Support updates to brand guidelines and design templates

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Design content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotions

• Support marketing team in product launches, events, and campaigns

• Improve visual content to increase clarity and engagement across platforms

Collaboration & Project Delivery

• Work closely with internal teams to deliver design requirements

• Translate ideas and requirements into clear and effective visual outputs

• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail

• Organize files and ensure proper version control

• Contribute creative ideas to improve learning and branding materials
