Your Profile in Customer Service
Must possess great communication and comprehension skills
Has at least work in the same or related position for 1 year or more
Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Has basic knowledge with PC hardware and components – highly advantageous.
Has experience with AU Business (preferred but not required)
Strong telephone communication management aptitude
Amenable to work fully onsite in our BGC site (AU) Dayshift schedule

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS
Customer Support
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach in all interactions
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries across multiple channels
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Process orders, applications, and service requests with accuracy
Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery
Provide insights to enhance customer service processes and overall experience
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support
