As a Senior Full Stack Developer...

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in both legacy AngularJS and modern Angular (TypeScript), capable of supporting and enhancing a core web platform built on. .NET, with exposure to cloud-based environments.

Ideal Technical Profile

  • With 5+ years of experience, including working with cloud infrastructure AWS and end to end enterprise application exposure.

  • Maintain, enhance, and support an existing core web platform (front-end and back-end)

  • Work on both legacy AngularJS and modern Angular (TypeScript) applications\

  • Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET (MVC / .NET Core)

  • Handle bug fixing, performance improvements, and system upgrades

  • Implement and integrate 3rd party APIs

  • Ensure responsive UI using Bootstrap and modern design practices

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions

Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions

  • Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests across the platform

  • Provide support for issues involving applications, integrations, and system behavior

  • Ensure timely resolution of production issues and proper escalation when needed

  • Handle tickets related to application defects, performance issues, and user-reported problems

  • Additional general administration tasks

Monitoring and Management of System Alerts

  • Proactively monitor system alerts across applications, servers, and cloud environments

  • Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact production systems

  • Support stability of web applications, APIs, and deployed services

  • Work closely with infrastructure or DevOps teams for escalations and deployments

Other key responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and end users/customers regarding issues and updates

  • Provide clear technical explanations for incidents and resolutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and system reliability
