Proficiency and experience in scripting and coding using languages such as PowerShell & Python.
Demonstrable experience in AI technologies, automation, or software development roles.
Proven track record of delivering technical solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Understanding of APIs, data integration, and workflow automation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience documenting outputs, workflows, and other project materials.
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices.
Experience working in or with ICT Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
Experience in change management or digital transformation projects.
Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments.

Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Azure AI Engineer etc.)
Certification in coding tools and languages such as Python, PowerShell etc.

Develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions for specific business use cases, ensuring practical, stable
and scalable implementations.
Develop Python or PowerShell scripts for data processing, API integrations, and service
orchestratione.
Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power
Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI) to automate business processes and reporting.
Develop intelligent bots and virtual agents using the latest technology.
Stay current on advancements in AI technologies and tools and help evaluate suitability for
internal adoption.
Act as the technical benchmark for automation development practices, setting examples for
quality, security, and maintainability.

Support the team to build out the automations program, leveraging the skills and knowledge you
bring to the role.
Assist with the as-built documentation of automation projects, propose automation strategies,
and implement approved solutions.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams during the handover of automation tools
and agents.

Ensure AI-assisted development is used as a productivity and quality enhancer, with all outputs
peer reviewed, tested, and governed in line with internal security and compliance requirements.
Help establish, maintain, and extend automation frameworks, repositories, and development
standards.
Ensure solutions comply with information security, data privacy, and governance standards.
Maintain good ticketing hygiene and evidence, suitable for ISO auditing purposes.
