2 years of experience relevant to the role
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Excellent time management skills, knowledge, and experience with Word & Excel
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Customer Service skills
Sound Communication skills – excellent in English, written and verbal
Excellent problem solving, analytical and researching skills
WITH FREIGHT FORWADING/LOGISTICS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Willing to work fully onsite BGC, Dayshift (AU)

Maintain accurate shipment records and data entry in the system
Manage and upload operational and shipment documentation
Monitor follow-up reports and pending operational items
Coordinate operational e-mail communications and record updates
Customer Support
Prioritise operational tasks based on CSO instructions and shipment timelines
Monitor and follow up pending operational requirements
Maintain professional written and verbal communication
Operational Support
Support shipment registration and operational processing activities
Update shipment schedules, routing, cargo details, and milestones in the system
Assist with export/import submission and document handling processes
Support operational coordination activities
Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, Work Instructions, and procedures
