Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
5+ years of experience in enterprise proposals, tender responses, and coordinating with geographically dispersed teams (within the same timezone)
Strong experience with Australian procurement processes, including government tenders
Proven expertise in RFP/RFI responses, including compliance, structuring, and end-to-end coordination
Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, and software development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
Solid understanding of procurement practices and the ability to contribute to compelling, sales-driven narratives
Nice to Have
Experience in MSP or multi-client service delivery environments
Exposure to win theme/value proposition workshops that shape competitive bids
Experience crafting executive summaries in collaboration with sales teams
Familiarity with Ariba or similar procurement/RFP platforms

Prepare, edit, and finalise proposals, statements of work, and related client documents
Translate inputs from Sales, Consultants, and Service teams into clear and structured content
Ensure proposals are well-written, consistent, and tailored to client requirements
Support value propositions, storytelling, and sales pitch development
Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and align on scope and requirements
Manage review cycles and consolidate feedback to meet deadlines
Ensure all proposals follow internal standards, templates, and approval processes
Support timely submission through client portals or delivery channels
Maintain proposal templates, standard responses, and reusable content
Help improve proposal processes, tools, and documentation practices
Ensure proper handling of confidential information and compliance with internal guidelines
