Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

  • Minimum 3 years in s similar coordination or scheduling role, preferable within the fire protection industry

  • Strong Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP and other formulas and functions)

  • Experience using UPTICK SOFTWARE is an advantage

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with clients and team members

  • Willing to work fully onsite MDC 100, Eastwood, Dayshift (AU)

About You (Soft Skills)

  • Works well both independently and as part of a team

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in all tasks

  • Excellent time management; proficient in Word and Excel

  • Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong communication skills — fluent in written and spoken English

  • Plan and manage preventative maintenance for assigned technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee the entire job life cycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring all tasks are executed to the highest standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, utilizing industry-specific software and tools.

  • Work closely with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
