Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
At least 2 years of experience in a Secretarial, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong general computer literacy.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Willing to work fully onsite Alabang, Dayshift (AU)

Provide administrative support through data entry, record maintenance, document preparation, report generation, and office coordination.
Manage communications via e-mail, phone, SMS, and mail, while liaising with owners, tenants, clients, contractors, creditors, and solicitors.
Support Owners Corporation Managers with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, certificates, compliance, tenders, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Handle arrears management, including coordinating with OC Managers, discussing payment plans with clients, and facilitating debt recovery processes when required.
Assist with operational improvement initiatives, online marketing activities, VCAT matters, and other ad hoc projects to support business operations.
