Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring 

• At least 2-3 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or a related field

• Strong understanding of Technical SEO fundamentals

• Experience conducting website SEO audits and on-page optimization

• Familiarity with website architecture, migrations, and local SEO best practices

• Experience with Google Business Profile, Yelp, and citation management

• Knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz Pro, Ahrefs, or similar platforms

• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Drive, and other Google applications

• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and processes

SEO Strategy & Optimization

• Assist in executing strategic local SEO campaigns

• Perform website SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities

• Support on-page SEO improvements and content optimization efforts

• Conduct keyword research and competitor gap analysis

• Assist in website migration projects and SEO implementation

Research & Analysis

• Conduct backlink analysis and competitor research

• Monitor website performance and search visibility

• Utilize SEO tools to identify growth opportunities

• Analyze local search performance and business listings

Client & Campaign Support

• Support Account Managers with client campaigns and recommendations

• Assist in preparing reports and campaign updates

• Suggest improvements and optimization opportunities based on findings

• Maintain client citations and business listings

Administration & Team Support

• Manage Google Business Profiles, Yelp listings, and directory citations

• Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and reporting tasks

• Maintain campaign documentation and tracking

• Support junior team members and contribute to team problem-solving

• Pursue relevant certifications such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
