Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Administration

• Strong experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes

• Familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage (eg. TeamTailor)

• Willing to work night shifts from our Eastwood office, supporting a fast-paced and collaborative work environment with global exposure.

• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation

• Conduct client meetings to align hiring requirements and expectations

• Support clients by offering recruitment insights and recommendations to help inform their hiring decisions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure hiring needs align with business goals

• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
