Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Customer Success
Experience handling Australian commercial clients (highly preferred)
Proficient in CRM systems for pipeline and account management (Bitrix24, Hubspot, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional business communication (email, reporting)
Strong ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Your Impact Starts Here
Manage and grow relationships with high-value commercial clients across Australia
Act as the primary point of contact for Australian clients, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction
Monitor accounts, quotations, bookings, service updates, and follow-ups to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and drive repeat business growth
Handle client escalations and service issues with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Prepare accurate reports and professional client communications as required
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, service requests, and account activities in CRM systems
Ensure all client engagements reflect Electrodry’s high service standards and customer-first culture
