As a Technical Recruitment Officer.
You will be responsible for ensuring that you assess and endorse high quality technicians to the client with SLA driven service. You will also be assisting the Operations team in technical related inquiries as well as be involved in client communication.
Ideal Technical Profile
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Technical Recruiter handling IT roles (Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Server, and similar positions).
Strong understanding of IT roles and ability to interpret, assess, and communicate technical job requirements.
Experience in IT Helpdesk or technical support roles is an advantage.
Knowledge of sourcing strategies and modern recruitment best practices.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel with strong time management skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple priorities.
Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
Flexible to work onsite in Eastwood or BGC as needed.
Open to shifting schedules, including day, mid, night shifts, and weekends.

Recruitment Responsibilities:
Partner with clients and the recruitment team to understand IT hiring needs
Conduct technical interviews for IT roles across different campaigns
Assess candidates’ technical skills and experience to ensure quality hires
Provide clear interview feedback and candidate recommendations to clients
Create, update, and maintain technical assessments (online and offline)
Review job applications and support sourcing for IT roles
Work closely with other HR POC to improve candidate quality and interview success rates
Assist in onboarding new hires
IT and Operations Support:
Support client communication for technical concerns
Assist Operations team in resolving technical inquiries
Coordinate with Desktop Support for deployments, setups, and network connections
Help conduct onboarding and technical training for new employees
Perform other related technical tasks as needed
