Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
3–5 years of estimating experience within the construction industry.
Experience in civil earthworks or similar construction projects is preferred.
Proficient in estimating software, including PlanSwift, Earthworks Pro, and Kubla.
Experience using Xero or similar accounting/administration software.
Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to accurately interpret construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Estimating & Quotation Support
Assist with preparing quotations and tender documents from enquiry through to submission.
Support the quote-to-order process and help estimate production timelines.
Technical Analysis
Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications to support accurate costing.
Assist with material and labour take-offs for estimates.
Coordination & Scheduling Support
Work with internal teams to support production schedules and project timelines.
Help coordinate activities between estimating, production, and administration teams.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support, including document management, data entry, and record keeping.
Maintain accurate project records and support daily office operations.
