Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years' experience in Operations, BPO, Offshore Operations, Service Delivery, or Account Management.
Proven experience leading Team Leaders, Supervisors, or operational teams.
Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, service delivery, and operational performance.
Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Experience working with international clients or stakeholders (Australian client experience is an advantage).
Background in retail, e-commerce, or customer service operations is a plus.

Lead Offshore Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Manila team, ensuring high productivity, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
Drive performance by partnering with Team Leaders to achieve business goals, service standards, and operational KPIs.
Champion continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing team performance.
Partner with Australian Stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact between the Australian leadership team and the Manila operations team.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular business updates, operational insights, and strategic recommendations.
Ensure seamless collaboration while proactively managing expectations, risks, and operational priorities.
Drive Performance & Operational Excellence
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.
Coach leaders in performance management, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lead initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and support business growth.
Build High-Performing Teams
Inspire, coach, and develop Team Leaders to strengthen leadership capability and succession readiness.
Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and employee development.
Partner with HR to implement engagement and retention initiatives that support long-term team success.
Manage Risks & Deliver Results
Identify operational risks and resolve issues before they impact business performance.
Ensure operational compliance, consistency, and service quality across the Manila team.
Support the continued growth and scalability of the offshore operation through strategic planning and execution.
