Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

• At least 3 years' experience supporting Australian operations in a sales, customer service, or customer support role.

• Proven experience in inbound sales, appointment setting, service booking, or customer support.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).

• Experience in key account management, business development, scheduling, or logistics coordination is an advantage.

Your Impact Starts Here

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries, and convert customer enquiries into confirmed service bookings.

• Recommend additional products and services that meet customer needs and support sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Schedule jobs and coordinate with the Operations Capacity (Logistics) Team and Territory Operations Managers to ensure services are delivered on time.

• Act as the main point of contact between the Philippine Business Centre and the Australian Operations Team to support smooth day-to-day operations.

• Keep customer information, bookings, and service records accurate and up to date using CRM and other business systems.

• Use CRM, AI tools, and other technology to improve efficiency and deliver better customer service.

• Work closely with other teams to achieve customer service, sales, and operational goals.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards, and carry out other duties as required.
