Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with demonstrated expertise in:

  • US GAAP

  • General Ledger Accounting

  • Accounts Payable

  • Accounts Receivable, and

  • Financial Analysis

• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online experience preferred

• Willing to work onsite EASTWOOD, (Night Shift)

Your Impact Starts Here

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations in compliance with US GAAP

• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing

• Assist in sales tax reporting and compliance reviews

• Partner with the Finance Manager to prepare monthly financial statements and reports

• Contribute to financial analysis, special projects, and process improvement initiatives that enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Analyze monthly financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions

• Help develop executive dashboards and management reports

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities

• Support pricing reviews and strategic financial planning initiatives

Business Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

• Prepare KPI and performance reports for leadership teams

• Support sales pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting

• Validate commission calculations and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Assist in developing dashboards and business intelligence reports

• Maintain data integrity through compliance and audit reviews

Client Billing & Revenue Operations

• Support client onboarding by ensuring accurate billing setup and contract administration

• Maintain billing agreements, service contracts, and pricing updates

• Generate and process monthly client invoices with a high level of accuracy

• Conduct billing system audits to ensure data and licensing accuracy

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies

• Serve as a key contact for client and vendor billing-related concerns

• Escalate complex billing issues when required and support revenue optimization efforts
