Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, People Operations, Workforce Management, or a related field

  • Strong background in employee engagement, employee support, and workforce coordination

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

  • Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams is a plus
