Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

  • 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, Workforce Management, HR, Employee Relations, or a related field

  • Strong background in employee engagement, employee support, and workforce coordination

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

  • Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams is desirable but not required

  • Coordinate Solutions: Work with Operations, HR, Payroll, and IT to resolve concerns and improve employee processes.

  • Use Insights: Track workforce feedback and trends to identify opportunities that improve satisfaction, retention, and performance.
