Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, bank reconciliations, and general bookkeeping
Knowledge of payroll support, month-end processing, and GST/BAS requirements
Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Dext, or similar accounting software
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial data management
Ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports
Australian accounting experience is advantageous but not essential

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing
Process invoices, receipts, and expense records with accuracy and attention to detail
Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
Assist with payroll, month-end tasks, GST/BAS preparation, and TPAR reporting
Prepare financial, management, and client reports
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal processes
Work closely with the Australian team to support finance and administrative operations
Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Identify opportunities to improve processes and solve problems proactively
Build positive relationships through professional and collaborative communication
Provide general finance and administrative support as needed
