Ideal Manager Profile

What You'll Bring 

  • 5+ years of combined experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), general accounting, corporate finance or related roles, mainly from a service industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting (Master’s or CPA/CFA/CMA/CIA required)

  • Experience in a BPO or manpower service-related industries an advantage

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP Systems (Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and financial modeling tools

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Financial Modeling, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Forecasting Models, Scenario Analysis)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience in handling a team and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Flexible in handling shifting schedules

  • Willing to work fully onsite Alabang (Day Shift)

Your Impact Starts Here

  • Oversee general accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, taxes, and financial reporting.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities.

  • Prepare and present accurate financial and management reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Manage financial audits, controls, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.

  • Develop and improve financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls to increase efficiency and data accuracy.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, including workload management and performance development.

  • Partner with the Finance Director and cross-functional teams to support business planning, investment decisions, and overall company strategy.
