Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

• 5+ years' experience managing corporate or large-scale events end-to-end.

• Strong background in event planning, marketing, logistics, and on-site execution.

• Proven expertise in budget management, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.

• Ability to manage multiple events, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Proficiency with event registration, ticketing, CRM, and analytics platforms.

• Experience partnering with marketing teams on event branding and promotions.

• Knowledge of data privacy and secure attendee data management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Willing to work flexible hours and support events onsite in BGC and other TGT locations.

• Experience working with Australian clients is highly regarded.

• Lead high-profile events for Australian and global clients, delivering exceptional experiences from concept through to execution.

• Own the end-to-end event lifecycle, including strategy, planning, budgeting, delivery, and post-event insights.

• Partner with international stakeholders, marketing teams, and business leaders to create impactful event experiences that strengthen brands and drive engagement.

• Manage event operations across multiple locations, overseeing vendors, venues, production, logistics, AV, and guest experiences.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing events team, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service standards.

• Take charge of on-site event management, including VIP engagement, stakeholder relations, and issue resolution.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, health and safety, and risk management requirements.

• Leverage event data, attendee feedback, and ROI metrics to continuously improve event performance and business outcomes.

• Gain exposure to international projects, global best practices, and cross-cultural collaboration, helping shape world-class event experiences.
