Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

  • 3-5 years of software quality assurance experience.

  • Experience testing SaaS or enterprise applications.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.

  • Experience working within Agile teams.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Strong stakeholder communication.

  • Understanding of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with API testing.

  • Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.

  • Experience testing integrations and workflows.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

  • Perform functional, integration, system, API, and regression testing.

  • Investigate and document defects from identification through resolution.

  • Collaborate with developers to improve product quality.

  • Contribute to automation initiatives and test framework development.

  • Support UAT activities and release validation.

  • Recommend improvements to QA processes and standards.

  • Provide guidance to junior QA team members.
