As a Proactive Systems Engineer...

You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.

Ideal Technical Profile

• More than 5 years of proven experience as a Proactive Systems Engineer or similar role.

• Strong scripting capability (PowerShell/Bash/Python) and demonstrable automation mindset.

• Deep understanding of cloud services and infrastructure; M365 and common SME Platform.

• Hands-on experience administering Windows Server 2016-2025 environment at scale (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, FSMO, DFS, RDS)

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement Entra ID conditional access, Intune compliance policies, and Autopilot deployments

• Experience with M365 tenant migrations, hybrid exchange, and AD Connect synchronization.

• Advance PowerShell proficiency: Microsoft Graph API, Exchange Online Management, Azure AD modules, scheduled task automation and reporting.

• Proactive mindset with ability to identify risks before they become incidents and drive or preventative maintenance.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers

• Strong problem -solving and decision-making skills

Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions

• Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology, from workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, and software

• Additional general administration tasks

Monitoring and Management of System Alerts

• Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
