Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

  • 5+ years' experience in web design and development, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or digital marketing.

  • Strong experience designing and optimising websites, landing pages, and digital experiences.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, responsive web design, and CMS platforms.

  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, customer journeys, and web accessibility standards.

  • Experience using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other design/prototyping tools.

  • Experience creating eDMs, digital marketing assets, and campaign landing pages.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a focus on delivering quality outcomes.

Website Design & Development

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web pages.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and landing pages that support customer engagement and business goals.

  • Ensure websites are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and aligned with brand standards.

UI/UX & Website Optimisation

  • Deliver seamless user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

  • Identify opportunities to improve website performance, usability, and conversion rates.

  • Apply UX/UI best practices to enhance customer journeys and engagement.

Digital Campaigns & Content

  • Develop eDMs, campaign assets, and promotional landing pages.

  • Work closely with marketing teams to create engaging and effective digital content.

  • Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance and online customer engagement.

Website Maintenance

  • Manage website updates, content publishing, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Test website functionality across browsers and devices.

  • Support continuous website improvements and eCommerce initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Recommend new ideas and enhancements to improve the online customer experience.
