2+ years' experience in e-commerce, website content management, product content, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience managing online product listings, categories, specifications, and website content.
Strong understanding of computer hardware products, including PCs, laptops, components, peripherals, and related technology products.
Ability to interpret technical product specifications and present them accurately for online customers.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for content updates and page formatting.
Experience using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, GIMP, or similar platforms.
Understanding of e-commerce best practices, online merchandising, and customer experience.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite in BGC on a day shift supporting the Australian market.

Create and maintain accurate, engaging, and visually compelling product listings for computer hardware and technology products.
Upload product information, technical specifications, images, and pricing to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.
Ensure product content remains accurate, consistent, and up to date across the website.

Organise products into the appropriate categories, brands, filters, and attributes to improve product discovery.
Apply e-commerce merchandising best practices to improve product visibility and customer engagement.
Maintain website content to keep the online store fresh, relevant, and user-friendly.

Support the execution of website promotions, landing pages, banners, and campaign content.
Use basic HTML/CSS and design tools to enhance website content and presentation.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to ensure content aligns with brand and business objectives.

Identify opportunities to enhance website usability, product presentation, and customer experience.
Contribute ideas that improve content quality, product discoverability, and website performance.
Support website enhancement projects and ongoing content optimisation initiatives.
