Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate training and/or facilitation.

• Background in IT Service Delivery, Information Technology, or Customer Service is preferred.

• Strong ability to understand and explain technical concepts.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic Networking is a plus.

• Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and instructional design skills.

• Familiarity with tools such as Loom, iorad, or other content creation platforms is an advantage.

• Strong ability to build rapport and create a positive learning environment.

• Demonstrates ownership, accountability, flexibility, and strong work ethic.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Willing to work shifting schedules and across multiple company sites, when required.

Your Impact Starts Here

Training

• Deliver engaging technical and professional skills training for offshore and onshore staff through live, virtual, workshop, and on-demand formats.

• Design and develop training materials, job aids, instructional guides, videos, and onboarding resources.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials with proper version control.

• Partner with Training, Operations, and Clients to identify skills gaps and evolving training needs.

• Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored learning interventions.

• Facilitate learning assessments and gather feedback to measure training effectiveness.

• Monitor post-training performance and work with managers to identify areas for improvement.

• Continuously improve training programs based on assessment results, feedback, and operational needs.

• Support a positive workplace culture and contribute to other Training Team initiatives as required.
