The Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or a related role.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

  • Experience coordinating client meetings, business reviews, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

  • A proactive and customer-focused approach, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve client experience and retention.

  • Willingness to work a Philippines-based night shift aligned with North American business hours.

Your Impact Starts Here

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive engagement, and relationship-building activities.

  • Lead client engagement initiatives and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

  • Identify opportunities, address potential risks, and help drive client retention.

  • Gather and analyze client feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements.

  • Support referral programs, webinars, and other customer advocacy initiatives.

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Recruitment, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver value and a positive client experience.

  • Monitor client needs and follow through on action items to ensure concerns and opportunities are addressed promptly.
